Shipping Terms and Refund Policy
Rafsinc Nationwide Hair Care Shipping Policy. www.rafsinc.com Last update 04/13/08 Priority orders go to the front of the line. We attempt to ship Priority orders within 7-14 days as our stock allows. Priority orders are looked at first each day and tended to and then the ground orders are worked on. [PLEASE!!-Plan "ahead" your orders] In stock rule applies. Choosing Priority for -ground only items- [hair sprays,ect.] will be shipped A.S.A.P. Priority brings them to the front of the line. In Stock Rule: Raf's Inc. shipping times are approximated on the basis that the product is in stock. Within 24 hours/or sooner/longer, we process your credit card and attempt to ship your order within 7-14 days thereafter. From time to time certain items will go temporarily out of stock. Rafsinc Nationwide Hair Care's aim is to ship an "in stock" Priority or ground orders within 7-14 days, however, if an item is "awaiting re-stocking" delivery can take 14-45 days or longer before shipping. During this restocking time, we will not email clients or call our client indicating the length of delay - do to the nature of the discount business and our labor costs. If we are unable to locate the product during this time period, we will cancel your order when we realize the products unavailability. Normal shipping times for Priority/ground shipping is approximately 7-14 days before shipping. Priority orders are put to the front of the line and shipped A.S.A.P. or when the product arrives to us from the wholesaler if we are waiting re-stocking. If the product is 'not' being sold at suggested retail prices, then it is a sale item. All Sale items are final! No refunds or exchanges. Second Shipping Charge: Also, Depending on your U.S. location, your shipping charge could increase for products like [12oz. 15.2 fl.oz., 16fl.oz., 32.1oz., 33.8oz. and Gallon sizes /or large packages] than seen on your packing slip. This second charge to your credit Card will be added to the normal shipping charge to equal the full postal shipping/Raf's handling charge to your location. Buyer pays for the total postal shipping and Raf's Inc. handling costs. Every Large order must have a minimum of a $6.00 Raf's Inc. Handling Charge. For all large and heavy orders: There is a $6.00 minimum Handling Charge on all orders that exceed Shipping and handling overruns. This will be added to the [2nd. Shipping Charge] which will include the added cost of Total postage to your location. A large order category is an order we are unable to fit into a flat rate Priority Box.11"X8 ?"X5 ?". If, your shipping charge is equal to the USPS destination charge or a second shipping charge is added to equal the USPS destination postage charge, then, a $6.00 handling charge will then be added to the order in the second shipping charge; this is to include the additional postage charge. This rule applies to all orders that are without handling charges less than $6.00. Every order must have a minimum of a $6.00 handling charge. Shipping Insurance Also, this being out of our control, 0.5-1.0% of all shipping throughout the year has some damage and/or is ether lost or stolen while in route to the customer or mishandled by the various carriers. Therefore, Rafsinc takes no responsibility for the purchased items while in route to its destination. The customer is therefore encouraged to retain the Insurance charge for there order to ensure safe delivery and/or recovery of cost. Ether USPS Insurance is used or Rafsinc Nationwide Hair Care will cover the shipping insurance risk. Retain $3.00 Shipping Insurance Charge. By retaining the $3.00 Shipping Insurance Charge +, the safe delivery of your products/goods is insured and a good relationship is established for the future. Prudence dictates safety outweighs risk. Three dollars for insurance is applied first for the value of $50.00 and under including S&H. Thereafter, you will be charged three dollars for insurance for every $100.00 of value including S&H. This will be charged to your credit card apart from your final bill to cover the cost of insurance and paper work for the safe delivery of your goods. However, if you wish to cancel your insurance policy covering your shipment; - just say "NO" and the $3.00 charge will be removed. However, Raf's Inc. Nationwide Hair Care takes responsibility for only insured shipments only. Client pays total Insurance cost for the safe delivery of their goods or takes responsibility for the damage or loss by saying no. International Orders: All Large international orders must have insurance. The amount of insurance is determined by the U.S.P.S. and is added to the international package at the time of its shipping. That particular amount is then added to the order and charged as a second shipping charge which could include the added postage that will equal total postage and a $10.00 minimum handling charge. Smaller international orders have the option of canceling the insurance but the same rule applies to them as to US National Orders. International orders without insurance are at the risk of the ordered. Raf's Inc. Nationwide takes no responsibility for un-insured International Orders. 20% restocking fees on all returned orders or canceled orders. 20% restocking fees added to all returning products or canceled orders. All Cancellations are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. All Cancellations are subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus S&H and the returning shipments cost to Rafsnc. Nationwide Hair Care. All sales are final. Aerosol Cans Aerosol cans, hair sprays, styling moose and all other products in aerosol cans are not allowed on public air flights, so orders that include aerosol products will be shipped ground only so you can expect a delay in the normal shipping times. International orders could take up to 6-8 weeks of more. Rafsinc Security Our policy dictates that if the shipping address is different than the Billing address, the conformation security numbers in back of your credit card could be required. More over, insurance is also required because of the added risk to large orders. Your safety and ours is protected by using our insurance option. The use of a Visa Credit Card will require the 3 digit security number on most International orders. Rafsinc, Nationwide Hair Care reserves the right to alter any phone or online order depending on stock availability without consultation with client. What is available to fill the order will be met and be sent to the client. One half of the order can be sent without consultation. Raf's Inc. will use all reasonable judgment in this process. Container size can be changed to equal ounces ordered. Shipping Questions: 1. Why is it so expensive to mail?? This is the shipping question that many new customers ask when they are first introduced to our company. The answer resides in the area of marketing and the approach that our company is taking in it. If you know your product's value, you know that our prices are very low, ~10% above professional wholesale benchmark price in fact! No professional company today with "brick and mortar" can run a business long at that percentage level and ship nationwide as well. Therefore, we pay our "product order packers" through a handling charge that is an integral part of shipping and total shipping cost. We also have to pay the United States Postal System "USPS" its fee to ship your order to you. -Please note that they [USPS] do not respond well to free shipping ideas.- By ordering online or by phone, or by saying 'yes' that you agree with our policy - then all aspects of rafsinc Nationwide Hair Care policy apply. Rafsinc Nationwide Hair Care reserves the right to refuse any online order at any time during any aspect of the ordering and delivery process.
